Grail Coatings was recently presented with a considerable challenge – a building that has seen better days.. The structure was in dire need of our professional touch. Years of accumulated dirt and grime had obscured the original paint, while the joint caulking was weathered and deteriorating, posing potential issues of moisture intrusion. We didn't shy away from this project, as we are firm believers in revitalizing and restoring commercial properties to their former glory.

The transformation began with a thorough power wash, stripping away the years of dirt, mildew, and old, flaking paint.  This not only gave us a clean slate but also helped us to better assess the building's condition and the extent of work required. Following this, our skilled team removed the old, failing joint caulking, taking care to ensure that no damage was done to the existing structure. This was followed by a careful re-caulking process, effectively sealing all joints and gaps, preventing future moisture damage, and ensuring a smooth, seamless surface for painting. Once the surface was prepped, we meticulously painted the entire building with high-quality paint that can withstand time and weather. The transformation was remarkable; the building now stands as a testament to the power of professional care and high-quality painting services.
